I ordered a spring deep cleaning, as the three-year-old apartment had never been thoroughly cleaned, only cleaned daily. The cleaners brought all the tools with them and went over the stove, refrigerator and bathroom, as well as all the backs of the radiators and the tops of the cabinets, in the agreed volume. In the living room before, there was a lot of dust on the carpets and on the curtains, after that the room looked as good as new. I especially appreciated having the details of the apartment recorded in the home record, so that you don't have to explain everything again on the next visit. I strongly recommend it if the home needs a thorough clean, not just a superficial cleaning.

    Regular home cleaning keeps the home clean with regular visits and costs from €83 in an apartment up to 60 m², each subsequent 20 m² adds from €17. Kodukoristus Tallinn sends the same cleaner to a regular customer every time, during whose illness a replacement comes, who reads the characteristics of the home from the home record.

  • Deep cleaning in the kitchen, the cleaner cleans the inside of the oven, we only apply the oven foam to the cooled oven, because the foam dries out before it works on a hot surface.

    Deep cleaning

    Deep cleaning starts at €3.70/m² and can include oven and fridge interiors as separately priced additions, along with work behind radiators, on light fittings and above cupboards. In homes with pets, we ask which products the animal tolerates and use pet-friendly products that leave no residue on the floors.

  • Moving cleaning, the cleaner vacuums the dust between the moving boxes, the remaining boxes are moved into one room before cleaning the floor, and this room is cleaned last.

How is the cleaning price calculated?

The price of regular home cleaning is based on the area of the apartment, and the price of window cleaning is based on the number of windows. The coordinator puts them in the home record, and the price and duration of the work are already known when the reservation is confirmed. The written offer for deep cleaning and after-renovation cleaning adds additional work to the square metre price, for example cleaning the interior of the oven from €26 and cleaning the interior of the refrigerator from €18.40.

Do you clean both apartments and private houses?

Yes, in addition to apartments, we clean terraced houses and multi-storey detached houses in all districts of Tallinn and in Maardu, Viimsi, Saue, Keila and Rae Parish. Regular home cleaning of a private house costs from €40 per floor, and on the first visit we will map the floor materials of each floor and the surfaces that require a separate tool. At the end of 2025, there were 222 apartments and 37 detached houses out of 259 regular customers' homes.

Will I receive an invoice by email?

Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice: we send the invoice for each cleaning by e-mail on the same day to both regular customers and those ordering one-off work. The cleaner does not accept cash or card payments on site.

How do you handle rubbish and packaging?

The cleaner takes rubbish to the shared bin store and sorts packaging into the appropriate containers. In a detached house where there is no waste house, the cleaner leaves the sorted bags in an agreed place, and this place is written on the property's map.
