Home: Kristjan L., father of a family with a small child. Area: Near Tondi barracks, Kristiine.
1. The first visit was a 96-euro one-off home cleaning with an agreed list of tasks, and at the end of the visit the cleaner offered to switch to weekly regular home cleaning without a subsequent reminder call.
2. Object mapping: together with the customer, the cleaner filled out the home record, which included the door code and 2 surfaces for which only a pH-neutral agent is suitable: oak parquet and a natural stone window sill.
3. Four-colour system: a labeled set with 4 cloths was left in the customer's closet, red for the toilet and sink, yellow for the kitchen, blue for the glass and mirror, and green for the dust surfaces.
4. The same cleaner, every time: every week the same cleaner comes and writes 3 lines on the card at the end of the visit (done, attention, finished), and the invoice for each visit comes via e-mail on the same day.
5. In January, it took 10 minutes more to clean the hall floor because the cleaner wiped the street salt and sand with a dry cloth before wet cleaning.
Total bill: €345.00 for four visits in January including 24% VAT (VAT €66.77): one-off home cleaning, without contract, 1 × €96.00 = €96.00; regular home cleaning, apartment up to 60 m² (54 m²), 3 × €83.00 = €249.00; travel to Tallinn homes €0.00.
Cleaning time: Weekly visit lasts 2 hours and 10 minutes for one cleaner: two-room apartment 2 hours and hallway 10 minutes in January (2025, job no. 63 402).
After cleaning: Of the 44 regular home cleanings in 2025, 40 were done by the same cleaner and the remaining 4 by substitutes according to the home record.
