Data Controller

Kodukoristus Tallinn is the controller of personal data collected through kodukoristustallinn.ee. Send any questions or requests about your personal data to info@kodukoristustallinn.ee.

Information Collected by the Cleaning Request Form

We receive the information you enter and two details added by the form:

• first and last name;
• email address for our reply;
• phone number for a callback;
• description of your home and cleaning needs;
• cleaning service selected in the form;
• page on which you completed the form.

There is no separate address field. Your home address appears in a request only if you include it in your message. We need your name and either a phone number or email address to reply. The message field is optional.

How We Use Your Data

We use this information to answer your request, agree on a cleaning date and price, and pass the request to the cleaning service provider who will clean your home.

Legal Basis

Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By sending the form, you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract, including agreeing on the cleaning price and date.

Who Receives Your Data

The cleaning service provider who cleans your home receives your request. Three processors also handle it:

• the form recipient;
• the email delivery provider;
• the web host.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a person has completed the form before it is sent. The website and form use an encrypted HTTPS connection.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We delete cleaning requests and their data 18 months after they are sent.

Your Rights

You have five rights concerning your data:

• receive a copy;
• have it corrected;
• have it deleted;
• object to its processing;
• receive it in a machine-readable file for transfer to another service provider.

To make a request, email info@kodukoristustallinn.ee and include the name and phone number or email address you used for your cleaning request.

Complaints to the Data Protection Inspectorate

You can complain about how we handle your cleaning request data to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at www.aki.ee.

Emails to Our Domain

Emails sent to an @kodukoristustallinn.ee address receive the same protection as form requests. We use their data to reply and arrange cleaning, share them with the same recipients, and store and delete them in the same way.

Cookies and Tracking

Kodukoristustallinn.ee does not use advertising cookies or advertising tracking codes. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for bots.
