Your Homes and Calendar

As a Kodukoristus Tallinn cleaner, you have a group of regular customers in Tallinn and Harju County. Before each visit, you read the home record and use the customer’s four-colour cloth set. Afterwards, you note what was done, anything needing attention and supplies to replenish. Your schedule may also include deep cleaning, moving cleaning and window cleaning with colleagues. At the end of 2025, each cleaner had an average of 11.8 regular homes.

What You Need

You can communicate in Estonian and carry a vacuum and equipment bag to the fifth floor of a building without a lift. You follow the cleaning instructions recorded for each home. A category B driving licence and a Level 3 cleaning qualification are advantages.

Pay, Training and Equipment

The gross monthly salary is €1,100. Your employment contract is entered in the employment register before your first day. You work alongside an experienced colleague for the first two weeks, as 43 cleaners did from 2013 to the end of 2025. We provide work clothes, protective equipment and cleaning products. Work is Monday to Friday; Saturday visits are added with your agreement.

Part-Time Home Cleaner: Three Days a Week

Your Homes and Calendar

You work three days a week, choosing the days when you sign your employment contract. You clean regular customers’ apartments and houses, use the four-colour cloth set kept in each home and can also clean windows during a visit. In 2025, a regular cleaning visit took an average of 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Who is Suitable for Cleaning

You can communicate in Estonian and work in homes with cats or dogs; 94 pets lived in our regular customers’ homes at the end of 2025. You can carry equipment upstairs and remain on your feet throughout a visit.

What Comes from the Company

The gross hourly pay is €6.55, and your employment is registered before your first day. You work alongside a senior colleague for two weeks. We provide work clothes and equipment.
